Effort is a determined attempt at exerting mental or physical energy in order to complete a task or a goal.

Positive: Dreaming of putting in effort to something exemplifies one who labors. It could indicate that you are putting work in for future breakthrough to come to pass. One who puts in effort shows that they have a heart to get something done.

Negative: Dreaming of a person who applies little to no effort in what they are doing may indicate that they lack zeal and pursuit, thus resulting in a longer time for breakthrough. It could represent one who does not co-labor with God.
