Depth is a unit of measurement that describes how deep something is. It could represent depth of the water and is often used to describe how deep water is.

Positive: Dreaming of being peaceful in the depths of the sea may represent control over your emotions. Depth could also represent refreshment, renewal, or fulfillment. It may represent baptism or being submerged in the Spirit of God and gaining knowledge, wisdom, and revelation.

Negative: Seeing yourself in the depth could represent failure, loss, or destruction. To see the depth may represent sin, evil, or Satan. To see a ship destroyed in the depth may symbolize hindrances, evil people, or evil spirits.
