DAY 5:

I’m sure you have heard these phrases before: “there’s light at the end of the tunnel” and “every storm has a rainbow.” That is because when your love and trust are in God, He works all things out for your good. 

After Job experienced sorrow and disappointment, God restored him! If you are suffering loss in this season, know that just as God restored Job, when you put your trust and love in Him, He will restore more than you ever lost too!!

Don’t be like Job’s wife and curse God, be like Job, refuse to curse God, respond in faith, love, and trust, and expect twice as much as you lost to be restored to you!

“And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before” (Job 42:10). 

No matter what you are going through at this time, or how much you have seemingly lost up until now, keep your faith and love in God and pray for others, and your captivity will be turned around! 

Surround yourself with faith-filled people and stay encouraged. This too shall pass and your days of loss will not last! “even to day do I declare that I will render double unto thee;” (Zechariah 9:12). 

The devil wants to steal your faith, hope, love, and joy, by focusing you on your losses, but Jesus came to give you abundant life and hope! Today, see your trouble as an opportunity for God to restore double to you! He is no respecter of persons, what He has done for others, He will do for you..!!
