Jude is very clear about contending for the faith and believing God!! Precious friends, there is great purpose in contending for the faith that was delivered to the saints of old, because it is still available to us today. However, the 21st century church at large has become one of tolerance instead of seeking the kingdom first, standing staunchly and steadfastly for the heart and ways of  God, and having confident faith in Him above the world’s ideology and watered down doctrines of men.

Do you understand how weighty developing our measure of faith is, in the eyes of God? Without faith, it is impossible to please Him.. Imagine how much more displeasing it is to the Almighty God when His people are contending with each other for BELIEVING in who He is and in Him, His heart, and His ways?!?!! When we don’t have enough understanding of WHY we need to contend, we lose souls!! We relinquish the dominion that was given to us.

“Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints” (Jude 1:3)

Do not let the things of this world corrupt your heart and keep you from contending for faith and believing in the only ONE that saves you and enables your heart to fight right and do His will for the greatest harvest!! Take time to read Jude and ask the Holy Spirit to give you understanding of the seriousness and importance of not being passive and/or unbelieving concerning the things of God!!
