DAY 127:

“Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Crist’s sake hath forgiven you,” (Ephesians 4:31-32).

People of God, if you are truly ready to do the will of God and reach the masses for the harvest, you must pursue the heart of God and be obedient to Him. Many times people go into ministry and regard it as nothing more than a “job” and a means to financially supporting their families. What happens when this approach is taken, is that God’s heart and purpose are overlooked and sometimes dismissed, therefore, things that God warns against are tolerated.

This is not the time to be influenced and driven by feelings and emotions. Bitterness comes from hurt feelings and disappointments, that are real or at times, only perceived to be real.. You must be able to see where these things are in operation in your heart, home, congregation, staff, and any other place possible! Until LOVE takes ROOT, genuine forgiveness can’t, and won’t take place, no matter how many times you say so. The Word of God must take root in your heart so you can love, be kind and tenderhearted, forgive, and be forgiven too..!! David E. Taylor
