DAY 118:

“For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous,” (Romans 5:19).

“Have you ever stopped to consider the consequences of your disobedience? It seems we have no problem considering and conversing about everyone else’s..! We should keep in mind that our disobedience is rarely felt by ourselves alone. It has an impact on people around us. If you are a husband it impacts your wife.. a wife’s disobedience impacts her husband, pastors’ disobedience impacts their congregations, and so on. We must take accountability of the cost our disobedience has, not only on ourselves, but on others..

“… Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice…,” (1 Samuel 15:22).

By the same token, your obedience has the potential to greatly impact many people as well!! Friends, we are in a season now where God is expecting us to consider the damaging results of our disobedience vs the beautiful rewards of being obedient to His predestined plans and purposes for our lives in Him, for His will to be accomplished for many!!

“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God,” (Romans 12:2).

You have the potential to do great and mighty things for God and people through your obedience.. Do not get preoccupied with the opinions of man or the ways of the world.. Stand firm in the ways of God and in doing His will without compromise and watch and see what God will do for generations..!!” David E. Taylor
