The Tasmanian devil is one of the largest animals of its class in the animal kingdom and is known for its muscular build, black fir, and specifically the incredible amount of pressure its jaws can apply to predators. Another dominant characteristic of the Tasmanian devil is its piercingly loud screech, which further adds to the reason why it is known as a ‘devil’, not to mention the fact that it is typically isolated, defecates in a communal area, and literally has the strongest bite of animals its size.
