Itching is the act of having an itch and scratching it or having a desire and fulfilling it. The word itching could symbolize judgment or fulfilling the cravings o the flesh.

Positive: Itching could represent unfinished business or things that you keep putting off but need to accomplish.

Negative: Uncontrollable itching in a dream could symbolize being under God’s judgment. It could also mean hearing only what you want to hear in order to rationalize your lusts and ungodly desires.
