Hair is the outgrowth of the epidermis of an animal, especially on the head of humans. In the Bible, hair is described as a person’s covering or glory. In the Bible, most of the hair and beards discussed are connected with prophets or other holy men. In scripture, it also represents health and beauty in youth and wisdom and vitality in old age with gray hair.
