A child is referred to often in the Bible and most characteristics of the word pertain to the literal state of childhood. A child could also refer to one who is unlearned or immature.

Positive: Dreaming of a child in a dream could represent humility, faith, and innocence. If a child is given to you it could represent God giving you a new ministry. If you dream of a child it could also represent good news, the heart of Jesus, and the blessing and privileges of the Kingdom of God.

Negative: If you dream of a child that it rebellious it could represent your heart toward your parents or spiritual father in the faith. Seeing yourself as a child could also represent immaturity and being unlearned.
