DAY 120:

“Keep the Faith!! I know that many people are wondering what is going on in the world. Some might even be thinking why God is allowing certain things to happen.. again, I say stay in FAITH!! Remember Habakkuk did not fully understand why so many evil things were happening in his day, yet he remembered all the good that God did and he chose to praise and trust Him in the midst of chaos and confusion.

“The LORD God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds’ feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places,” (Habakkuk 3:19).

Just as the feet of a deer or hind are sure, you can have a sure-footed reliance and trust in God. When you do, He will give you the ability to scale the mountains and tread the roughest and toughest terrains with confidence. No matter the conditions of your current crisis, you can face them unafraid and undeterred, knowing that with God, your feet can land exactly where His are and you can STAND against any obstacle!! Much like the sure feet of the deer and the hind… their back feet land in the exact place their front feet just were!! Now, that is SURE!!

When you learn that this is how God purposed you to live, on the “high places,” above obstacles, unfriendly and challenging circumstances, and unexpected situations, He will give you His grace, courage, and strength to go forward in faith, expecting the fullness of God’s purpose and will to be accomplished!! Do not let the discouraging times change your disposition or your expectation of who God is. He is your refuge and solid rock that cannot be shaken!! It is not time to retreat, it is time to leap like a deer, stand on the high places, and occupy the promises of God..!!” David E. Taylor
