DAY 8:

“One thing many people do not understand is that God’s kingdom is opposite of the world’s. In the world we are told we must go high to lead, but in the Kingdom of God, Jesus went low. Not only when He humbly washed His disciples feet, but when He went to the Cross, and into the depths of hell, to overcome all sin and death, to SAVE us to the uttermost!

“And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,” (Revelation 1:5).

Humility is lowering ourselves to serve others through pure and unadulterated love. Jesus always served and is still serving us, because “love does,” it makes Him want to serve us and meet our every need!

Jesus demonstrating this kind of love and cleansing of the hearts and attitudes of His disciples, is so desperately needed today among leaders and saints in the Body of Christ.

“And there was also strife among them, which of them should be accounted the greatest,” (Luke 22:24).

Many are in positions of power, but they are mishandling it. They have compromised God’s order and standards, and instead of teaching meekness, humility, honor, and genuine love, they have adopted the same ladder of success that the world uses.. No matter who they step on, push down, walk away from, betray, or attempt to destroy in the process. Altogether losing love, relationships, abundant life, and triumphant victory! Only one way leads to total recovery and victory for all eternity.. His Name is JESUS..!!” ~David E. Taylor ~
